All prices indicated for products and services available via www.lloydswatchco.com are stated in £sterling. These are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products and services ordered and the delivery charges.

Our primary method of payment is through the use of PayPal.

All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card and PayPal account that is being used is yours.


One of the primary methods of payment card validation is by using the Card Validation Code (CVC), which is made up of the three last numbers of the code contained on the reverse of your credit or debit card. The Card Validation Code is an authentication scheme that gives you added security against the fraudulent use of the card.


In some instances we will offer watches for sale prior to release. You can place an order for any of these in the same way you would order anything else. We will not charge your credit or debit card until the watch is dispatched to you.


We will deliver goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. The delivery period stated within which you receive your order is approximate.

Products will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will contact you to give you the option of receiving in installments or waiting for the complete order.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which is levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may, from time to time, be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.

1.  Goods that are in stock will normally be dispatched from us within 1-2 working days.

2. We can deliver our products anywhere in the world and will be shipped via DHL or within the UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. Shipping times and prices will differ depending on your location. We do not ship to any PO Boxes, or mail forwarding businesses.

3. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify on your order. You must be at that location to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.

4. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

5. After two-failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at the delivery address for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

6. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

7. Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or us within a reasonable time.

8. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

9. Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

10. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

11. Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.


The legal title to the goods and the risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery of the goods.


In common with all shopping websites, we collect personal information from you when you when you shop online at www.lloydswatchco.com and may also do so in conjunction with competitions or prize draws.

We use this information to make your shopping experience easier. We need it to process your orders, inform you of any delays or problems and to send you details of special offers, promotions and new releases.
